Care Facilitator

Clare Lodge is a national secure welfare home, providing specialist care for young people who have experienced abuse, sexual exploitation, mental health issues and drug and alcohol misuse.

We are looking for people with experience in general administration or candidates who have transferable skills, to join the Business Team at Clare Lodge. Experience of working within a secure environment is desirable, although not essential as training will be given.

The role will include administrative duties supporting the delivery of services at the Home.  Monitoring and reporting on security systems, generating reports and escorting contractors.

Candidates should be self-motivated, organised, committed and have a flexible approach. This is your opportunity to join a challenging, unique service.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting their colleagues and residents in their approach to this support service.

You will be required to work 37 hours a week.  Early and late rota, alternates weekly.
